Weekly Report

December 13th, 2016 - January 2nd, 2017

Over the past couple weeks I have been on Christmas Break and have spent a great deal of time on my original work. I have talked with family members sufficient in Marketing while visiting them for christmas. I have also spent a great deal of time on the computer working on my paper. For my original work, as mention in previous reports, I have been creating a marketing campaign for an online auction. I have enjoyed the opportunity to help out an organization that I feel greatly benefits my community. Through this I worked with one of my peers who created the auction as I handled the marketing component. Although this was an independent project, I felt that there was a lot of collaboration and communication that was required if I wanted to be successful with my Original Work. I feel that it was very beneficial to have the opportunity to work with another student, because in business there are tons of people that make the company run and it's important to be able to work independently on one's job but, also obtain proper communication with other employees. Overall, I feel that my original work has been extremely beneficial in helping me build character and pushed me outside my comfort zone to put in 110% effort to ensure my project met my high standards of quality.
