For my final product I will create a marketing plan for Blue Bell. Through the creation of my final product I hope to bring together all that I have learned about marketing over the past two years. I feel that the successful completion of a marketing plan will enable me to successfully practice all the key concepts and ideas of marketing. Specifically, I will include a market analysis, customer analysis, competitor analysis, SWOT Matrix, marketing mix, and action plan. This product will fall under the classification of an invention/prototype. The final deliverable for my product will be in the form of a powerpoint. I hope that through my project I will be able to bring together my diverse understanding of marketing into a cohesive comprehension of what exactly marketing is and how it applies to my everyday life. With this I will enter college confident that I am choosing a major I am passionate about and have a solid background understanding of. This product will have application to the real world because Blue Bell is a very popular brand among ice cream consumers, especially within Texas demographics.
